Rudy Giuliani Has His Feathers Ruffled in Court

So, what is going on with Rudy Giuliani and the never-ending courtroom drama? Besides that he should be in jail by now; let’s review the status of his case as creditors Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss continue to pursue his assets.

What Happened This Time with Rudy Giuliani?

A few outbursts later, Giuliani mentioned that his money was tied up and that his bank accounts were frozen. I’ve written about that plenty of times. Giuliani was even on X asking for money so he could “eat.”

As has been reported numerous times and mentioned by me in my YouTube videos and blog, Giuliani said in bankruptcy court that he would try to reduce his expenses to $43,000 per month. I don’t know to what extent they have been able to grab all that. I’m certainly not going to give any hints on how he can avoid that issue—that’s what his bankruptcy lawyers are for.

“Wow! Has anyone seen the Ruby Freeman ‘contradictions’ of her sworn testimony? Now this is ‘BIG STUFF.’ Look what was captured by Cobb County police body cameras on January 4, 2021. … Now it gets awful.”

Trump continued:

“What will the Great State of Georgia do with the Ruby Freeman MESS?”

Creditor and Debtor Law: It’s not Unique to Rudy Giuliani

Of course, it has been reported that the New York City condominium was cleaned out. So I guess he understands the process and is only pretending he doesn’t while he asks his followers on X to send him money. Nothing like free money, right? Sounds like entitlements sprinkled in with some communism.

Debt Collection: The Final Stage

Regardless of any false claims or surprises by Giuliani, he is being treated like any other judgment debtor. Giuliani is experiencing what happens to everyone when you don’t pay your bills and creditors get a judgment against you. They start collecting on their judgment, precisely what Freeman and Moss are doing.

So, don’t be distracted by what Giuliani says. Just focus on the law, which is clear: you have a judgment against you, and creditors will seek to collect. Giuliani did file for bankruptcy, but I’ve discussed many times before why bankruptcy may not wipe out that judgment. Defamation of character is considered an intentional tort or act, which will typically not be wiped out in bankruptcy.
