Counties Served by Each Division

The District of Nebraska is generally split into an Eastern and Western focus for hearing convenience, though all filings are processed through a centralized system.

  • Omaha Division: Serving the highly populated eastern corridor, including Douglas, Sarpy, Cass, Dodge, Washington, and surrounding counties.
  • Lincoln Division: Serving Lancaster, Saunders, York, Seward, and the central-east counties.
  • North Platte Venue: Serving the western counties such as Scotts Bluff, Lincoln, Dawson, and the Panhandle region.
