U.S. Bankruptcy Court: Northern District of New York
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York encompasses 32 counties across the state. Unlike districts with a single filing hub, the Northern District maintains three staffed chambers and clerk’s filing offices in Albany, Syracuse, and Utica. Additional hearing locations are maintained in Binghamton, Plattsburgh, and Watertown.
