California Bankruptcy Court Southern District
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court in California is divided into four separate districts: Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern districts.
The Southern District of California Bankruptcy Court serves the following counties: Imperial County and San Diego County. Make sure to confirm the proper county and district to file your case. Otherwise, your bankruptcy case will be dismissed. If you have any doubts, make sure to contact the bankruptcy clerk’s office for further assistance.
