U.S. Bankruptcy Court: District of Montana
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Montana operates as a single district but has four divisional offices for hearings and filings: Butte, which is the headquarters, Billings, Great Falls, and Missoula. Bankruptcy petition filings are accepted at all four locations.
